These are Sacramento delta salmon. King salmon, the highest salmon in oil content and the best eating. Freshness is guaranteed as I sell my catch direct from Boat once I return from a fishing trip.

Salmon season recommences June 19th. If you want to order far in advance I am at your mercy to catch your fish. Size of fish schools vary. This can be a factor each trip. Generally I have been catching various sizes of fish so we can accommodate.
